Creamy Cucumber Dressing

1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 c. Earth Exotics™ Sweet Baby Cukes, finely chopped
1 t. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 Earth Exotics™ Peeled Garlic, finely minced
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground white pepper

Blend ingredients together in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Use generously with fresh green salads or as a vegetable dip. Makes about 2 cups.
