Fresh produce is grown all around the world and in many cases much of that product is imported to the United States for consumption all over this country. We at Earth Exotics™ are proud of our record when it comes to working with growers around the world. Our high level Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) protocols allow us to focus on food safety from the very beginning in the storage of seeds. Yes, that is where it all begins, and although we have high protocols for our growers, we have even higher food safety protocols for the production of our Earth Exotics™ Artisanal Handcrafted Vegetables. We produce product in multiple locations; which allows us to provide product to supermarkets, restaurants, and you, the consumer, in a quick and timely fashion, ensuring only the freshest and safest of product at all times.
Our food safety protocols start at the seed level then move to the fields where we monitor and manage the water and soil content. It is our practice to utilize beneficial pests to help manage and reduce pesticide usage. Our field staff is responsible for monitoring product quality, conditions, and temperatures of the harvested vegetables. Once in our processing facilities the produce must undergo multiple testing to ensure a high-quality, safe product. At Earth Exotics™ we utilize full Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols; which are in turn monitored and measured by outside third party certification companies.
A.M.S. Exotic has developed custom washing and drying systems specifically for our delicate baby vegetables. Prior to packaging and shipping, our products are properly cleaned and verified to be of the highest, safest quality.
The Earth Exotics™ Artisanal Handcrafted Vegetables follow a rigorous packaging process to ensure high-quality, safe products.
